Fabulous 50’s Sponsored by Hubbard Swim Club February 4, 2012 Held under USA Swimming Sanction # LE 1206 S LOCATION: Hubbard Community Pool, 250 Hall Avenue, Hubbard, OH 44425 POOL: 25 yards by 6 lanes, with seating for 400 in balcony. Continuous warm up/cool down will be available in attached 12 ft diving area in the designated space. Facility features Daktronics automatic timing with 6 line scoreboard display. POOL MEASUREMENTS: The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C (4). WATER DEPTH: The depth of the pool at the start end is 6 feet, 0 inches. The depth at the turn end is 3 feet, 6 inches.  STARTING TIMES: Saturday morning session warm-ups will begin at 8am and last 45min. A continuous warm up will be available in a designated area of the diving well. At the discretion of the Meet Safety Director, warm ups may be split by gender or age group or team. Saturday afternoon session warm-ups will begin 30 minutes after morning session. The finalized warm up plan may be found at by February 1, 2012. ENTRY DEADLINE: The due date for entries, electronic or otherwise, is January 23, 2012. The meet will be closed before the entry deadline if the sessions are estimated to be at four hours, so mail early. Times may be upgraded until the entry deadline. Swimmers may be added until the entry deadline or the meet is closed whichever is first. Hard copy, meet summary sheet and check must be received by January 25, 2012. Entries will not be imported into Meet Manager until all information has been received.
