实验与检验医学 2008年6月 第 26卷 第3期 ·245· · 论 著· 细胞角蛋白表达在诊断皮肤鳞状细胞癌和基底细胞癌中的 应用 姜 辉1李新功2高 虹2 中图分类号R446．8．Q279 文献标识码A 文章编号1674—1129(2008)03—0245—03 f摘要】目的 观察7种细胞角蛋白(Cytokeratin，CK)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌和基底细胞癌中的表达，并探 讨其鉴别诊断意义 方法 应用免疫组织化学S—P法对41例皮肤鳞状细胞癌．38例基底细胞癌和20 例正常皮肤进行Cytokeratin7(K72．2)、Cytokeratin8(C一51)、Cytokemtin109(DE—K10)、Cytokeratin14(LL002)、 Cytokeratin17(E3)、Cytokeratin18(D10)、Cytokeratinl9(KS19．1)标记，观察不同细胞角蛋白的表达。 结果 41 例皮肤鳞状细胞癌f包括高分化癌36例．中分化癌5例)和38例基底细胞癌中．7种细胞角蛋白的表达和 分布有所不同．鳞状细胞癌显示CK10+／18+／19一：基底细胞癌为CK10-／18一／19+。结论 有选择地检测一 组CK的联合表达．有助于皮肤上皮性肿瘤的鉴别诊断。 [关键词】细胞角蛋白；皮肤肿瘤；免疫组织化学；鉴别诊断 The application of cytokeratin expression in the differential diagnosis of skin squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma JIA NG Hui，LI Xingong,GA 0 Hong． Department of Pathology，Shenzhen Maternity and C Health Institute，Shenzhen 5 i 8o28， China 【Abstract】 Objective To approach into the diagnostic significance of cytokeratin ex— pression on the tumor cells of skin squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma．Meth- ods Immunohistochemical markers，including cytokeratin 7(K72．2)，cytokeratin8(C一5 1)，cy— tokeratin 10(DE-K10)，cytokeratin 14(LL002)，cytokeratin 17(E3)，cytokerafin 18(DC 10)and cytokeratin 19 (KS19．1)were applied to detecting the postsurgical specimens of cutaneous carcinoma and normal skin by S-P immunohistochemical staining method．Results In 41 cas— es of squamous cell carcinoma and 3 8 cases of basal cell carcinoma，7 cytokerafins on the tu— mor cells showed different expression and distributed pattern respectively． CK10+／18+／19一 were expressed in skin squamous cell carcinomas and with CK10——／18-／19+in skin basal cell carcinoma．Conclusion Comprehensive analysis with a group of selective cytokeratin can as— sist the differential diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcin
