·108 · 分子影像学分子影像第年第3737卷第卷第22期期 doi 10.3969/j.issn. 1674-4500.2014.02.14 调查研究 云南省开展扩大艾滋病抗病毒治疗的探索实践云南省开展扩大艾滋病抗病毒治疗的探索实践 劳云飞，李惠琴，陈庆玲，楼金成，安 靓，王 玉，董兴齐 云南省艾滋病关爱中心，云南 昆明 650118 摘要：目的 回顾和分析云南省开展扩大艾滋病抗病毒治疗的探索实践，讨论存在的问题，为持续开展扩大抗病毒治疗提供建 议。方法 利用《艾滋病综合防治系统抗病毒治疗管理》数据库的数据分析以及文件的回顾分析以及部分的现场调查。结果 云南省2011 年开始扩大抗病毒治疗，通过抗病毒治疗点扩展到乡镇级增加服务可及性、政策强化扩大覆盖面、药物方案的优化 以及社会组织的参与等等方面的实践，使得低CD4 人群的覆盖面增加、高CD4 人数入组比例增大从而每年新入组人数持续上 升，初步分析表明抗病毒治疗的抑制较好以及病死率下降。结论 目前云南省扩大抗病毒治疗初期已经取得了初步效果，但是 持续和深入开展扩大治疗还需要下定决心解决某些关键的问题。 关键词：艾滋病；抗病毒治疗；扩大治疗 Scaling up antiretroviral therapy among people with HIV/AID in Yunnan Province China LAO Yunfei, LI Huiqin, CHEN Qingling, LOU Jincheng, AN Jin, WANG Yu, DONG Xingqi Yunnan AIDS Care Center, Kunming 650301, China Abstract: Objective To review the practice on scaling up antiretroviral therapy (ART) among people living with HIV/AIDS in Yunnan, China since 2011 and propose the relevant policy suggestions. Methods Through the Yunnan data analysis from National ART Baseline of the China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention, official documents and the site-visiting, to integrate these findings and trigger discussion on the sustainable ART expandation operation. Results Since 2011 Yunnan explored to scale up ART program, taking the measures on decentralizing the ART to township health centers for more accessible locally, strengthening policy on more ART coverage, optimizing the ART regimens and encouraging the social organization involvement, the ART coverage on people with CD4 count below 350 had been rising, the people with CD4 above 350 had been accounting higher ratio in the increasing annual naïve people with ART, and the primary analysis showed the good viral suppression and lower mortality among people with ART.
