原发性高血压患者红细胞和血小板参数的变化 与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 赵兴 郭健伟 刘欢 周军 [摘要] 目的 探讨原发性高血压患者红细胞和血小板参数的变化与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法 将140例高血压患者分为动脉硬化组（H1组）和无硬化组（H2组），并将70例同期健康体检者作为对照组。采用全自动血细胞分析仪测定红细胞分布宽度(RDW)和红细胞平均体积(MCV)以及血小板平均分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、大型血小板比率（P-LCR）。结果。H1与H2组和对照组比较RDW、 MCV 、PDW 、MPV 、P-LCR、PCT明显升高(P0.01)；H2组PDW、 MPV较对照组明显升高(P0.05)。直线相关分析示：CIMT 与SBP、RDW、PWD、MPV呈正相关(P0.05)； RDW与MCV呈正相关(P0.05)；PDW与MPV呈正相关(P0.05)。结论 红细胞和血小板体积改变与原发性高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的发生发展密切相关。 [关键词] 原发性高血压；颈动脉粥样硬化；红细胞平均体积；红细胞分布宽度；血小板参数 The relationships of diversity of red blood cell and platelet parameters and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension ZhAO Xing ,GUO Jian-wei, et al.(The Fifth People’s Hospital of Ningxia,Shizuishan 753000,China) [Abstract] Objective To explore the relationships of diversity of red blood cell and platelet parameters and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension．Methods 140 patients were divided into two groups：arteriosclerotic hypertension group(n=70) and non-arteriosclerotic hypertension group(n=70), 70 healthy subjects were control group .the level of red cell distribution width(RDW), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), platelet distribution width(PDW) , mean platelet volume(MPV) , large scale platele rate (P-LCR),platele pressure accumulates(PCT) were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer. Results The levels of RDW ,MCV,PDW, MPV ,P-LCR,and PCT of arteriosclerotic hypertension group were higher than non-arteriosclerotic hypertension group and control group（P＜0.05),and PDW ,MPVof non-arteriosclerotic hypertension group were higher than those of control group (P0.05)．There was positive correlation between CIMT and SBP,RDW,PWD,MPV(P0.05);and between the levels of RDW and MCV, PDW and MPV(P0.05)．Conclusion The changing of volume of red blood cell and platelet parameters has close correlation with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension． [Key words] Essential hypertension；Carotid atherosclerosis ;Mean corpu
