摘 要 汽车内饰产品是人们体验驾驶乐趣、满足人们消费心理需求、体现生活质量和品味的主要载体和象征，内饰部分的设计成功与否已逐渐成为衡量一辆汽车的设计成功的关键因素。把握影响汽车内饰质量的影响因素，提升驾乘人员的使用感受，增强内饰细节所带给驾乘人员的使用感等成为增强汽车档次的主要发展方向。本文将采取以DFMEA质量分析作为理论支撑，把研究重点集中在吉利汽车2016新远的车内质检工艺之上，以期能够为汽车车内质检工艺设计的研究提供一个新的案例，为检测和维修人员的实践提供一些新的思考。 关键词：内饰工艺；质量检测；吉利汽车。 Abstract The auto interior products is the experience of fun to drive ， meeting the demand of people consumption psychology, and the main carrier and the symbol of life quality and taste, which has gradually become a measure of success for the interior design of a car design key success factors.
