Sony DVP- X730 Laser Replacement
INTRODUCTION
If the device is having trouble reading disks, the laser may need to be replaced.
TOOLS
Spudger (1)
T6 Torx Screwdriver (1)
Tweezers (1)
Phillips #0 Screwdriver (1)

Step 1 — Cover
Remove the five exposed 7.9 mm
phillips screws with the spudger.
Punch through the warranty sticker
with the spudger and remove the
screw underneath.
Step 2
Remove the rubber feet with the
screwdriver.
Remove the screws that the rubber
feet were covering.

Step 3
Lift up the cover gently .
