中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察【摘要】 目的 观察中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。 方法 将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为A、B、C 3组，每组各20例。A组为单纯中医治疗组，行牵引、按摩、理疗；B组为单纯西医治疗组，行骶管疗法；C组为中西医结合治疗组。结果 A组治愈4例，显效8例，有效7例，无效1例；B组治愈5例，显效8例，有效6例，无效1例；C组治愈15例，显效4例，有效1例,无效0例；A、B两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），A、B两组与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），以上3种方法对治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有疗效。 结论 中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效比单纯中医或西医治疗效果更好。 【关键词】 腰椎间盘突出症；中医治疗；骶管疗法；中西医结合治疗 Clinical observation on treatment of hernia of intervertebral discs by integrative Chinese and western medicineDING Xue-feng，PAN Xiao-hong，ZHANG Min-xin,et al． Department of Anesthesiology，Meihekou City Hospital，Aimin Hospital of Jilin Province,Meihekou 135000，China 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine (ICWM) in treating hernia of intervertebral discs．Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups:Group A：20 patients treated by Chinese medicine including stretching exercises，massage and physical therapy；Group B：20 patients treated by caudal blockade therapy；Group C：20 patients treated by integrative Chinese and western medicine．Results Group A showed that total 4 patients healed；markedly effective in 8,effective in 7 and ineffective in 1;In group B，the corresponding numbers were 5,8,6 and 1;while in group C，the corresponding numbers were 15,4,1 and the difference between A and B was insignificant (P＞0．05)，and the difference be tween A,B and C,was significant(P＜0．05)．All the three therapies are effective in treating hernia of intervertebral discs．Conclusion The effect of ICWN in treating hernia of intervertebral discs is better than the treatment of Chinese medicine alone or western medicine． 【Key words】 Hernia of intervertebral discs；The treatment of Chinese medicine；Caudal blockade therapy；The treatment of integrative Chinese and western medicine 作者单位：135000吉林省梅河口市医院(丁雪峰 潘晓宏)；吉林省梅河口市友谊医院(张民新 卢冰 王贤军)腰椎间盘突出症是一种常见病,严重影响人们的日常生活甚至可以导致下肢瘫痪,但对于此病的非手术治疗方法各异,疗效亦不同。笔者采用中西医结合方法进行治疗,取得了较好疗效,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1．1 一般资料 腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,经对患者的症状及体征、MRI或CT检查确诊,无椎管狭窄、先天畸
