SF6分解产物体积分数检测在SF6电气设备故障诊断中的应用

摘要：根据多年积累的SF6分解产物检测数据和对多起SF6电气设备故障的分析结论，笔者阐述了通过SF6分
解产物体积分数检测判断SF6电气设备是否存在故障的理论依据和实际可行性，分析了SF6电气设备故障诊
断的实际案例和故障诊断过程．蔓gSF6电气设备的监督检测和故障诊断提供参考。
关键词：SF6；分解产物；电气设备；故障诊断
