Its’ building area is10403.55m2 and is as far as 31.65m . Includes one floor’s underground structure and 10 floor’s superstructure and a layer of overhead layer, and uses the shear wall of structure. The design is based on the general construction organization design and construction and installation enterprises annual financial plan for construction technology, management organization is determined. Construction general layout, process equipment layout and supplementary investigation data, make the construction layout. With reference to construction manual, technology acceptance specifications and instructions, construction sequence, construction flow is determined, the construction scheme and technical measures of each sub-part of the project.
