木耳总糖含量测定方法探讨

摘要 : 目的:测定木耳中总糖含量 。方法 :采用可见分光光度法 ,经 3 ,5 —二硝基水杨 DN S 显色测定木耳中
的总糖含量 。结果 :实验结果测得木耳中总糖含量为 5 176 % ,精密度试验结果 良好 。结论 :该方法简便 、快
速 、准确 ,灵敏度高 。

Abstract : Obj ective : To determine the content of total sugar in uricularia auricular . Methods : To determine the content of total sugar in
uricularia auricular by pectrop hotometry and 3 ,5 - dinitrosalicylic acid (DN S) were used to colour reaction . Result s : The result s of the
experiment show the content s of total sugar is 5 176 %. The accuracy is perfect . Conclusion : The result s show that the methods are
convenient 、rapid 、accurate and highly sensitive .
