持久性油和非持久性油的概念及相关规定（Concept and related provisions of persistent oil and non-persistent oil） Concept and related provisions of persistent oil and non-persistent oil Persistent oil refers to any persistent hydrocarbon mineral oil such as crude oil, fuel oil, heavy diesel oil and lubricating oil etc. Non-persistent oil refers to any oil other than the persistent oil. Oil means any kind of oil and its refined products. The commercial insurance institutions and the supplementary insurance institutions that bear the civil liability insurance for oil pollution damage shall comply with these measures.
