集装箱汽车运输规则（Container vehicle transport rules） Chapter I general rules Article 1 in order to strengthen the standard management of container trucking, clear the carrier and the shipper and other rights, obligations and responsibilities between the party concerned, maintain the normal order of transport and transport the legitimate rights and interests of the parties to a contract, according to the relevant state laws, regulations, and the automobile cargo transportation rules, these rules are formulated. (3) the shipper is the person who entrusts the carrier to transport the container goods or containers and enter into a carriage contract with the carrier.
