Automatic se aration of excessive materials and for in s q g p g g from the gate runner and die was achieved and the product accuracy was guaranteed. A mounted mechanism with pendulum_hook and screw for fixed_distance parting can provide a high tensile force for the cutoff of runner materials and then the two artin surfaces are o ened in se uence. Based p g p q on it, the structure characteristic and desi n oints of s ueeze castin die with two oint surfaces g p q g j and side core_pulling mechanism were discussed.
