XXXX大学学士学位论文重庆某中医院口服用大环内脂类口服抗生素门诊处方分析院（系）、所药学院学生姓名XXX专业、年级药学本科2012级学号指导教师XXX（副教授）2016 年 5 月???重庆某中医医院口服用大环内脂类抗生素门诊处方分析?摘要目的：分析重庆某三甲中医医院门诊处方含大环内脂类抗生素的口服制剂使用情况，为临床的合理用药提供一定的参考。方法：收集某中医医院2016年2月至4月的门诊含大环内脂类抗生素的处方对各年龄段、各个科室、联合用药情况以及处方合理性其进行统计和分析。应用限定日剂量法计算用药频度( D D Ds ) 和用药金额。结果：收集含大环内脂类抗生素的处方一共2133张，口服用大环内酯类抗生素有1113张，口服制剂中阿奇霉素肠溶胶囊516 张，（46.36%）阿奇霉素颗粒27张（2.43%），克拉霉素胶囊414张（37.20%），克拉霉素片156张（14.01%），其中皮肤科是使用最多的科室（38.54%），使用的年龄段主要集中在41-60岁（35.04%），不合理处方6张（0.54%）。结论：调查的中医医院大环内酯类抗生素口服制剂主要应用于皮肤疾病的治疗，使用最多的药物是阿奇霉素肠溶胶囊，不合理处方较少，用药基本合理。关键词:阿奇霉素克拉霉素门诊处方处方分析大环内脂Analysis of outpatient prescriptions of oral preparation of lipid antibiotics in a traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of ChongqingAbstract Objective: to analyze the Chongqing in a tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient prescriptions containing oral preparation of macrocyclic lipid antibiotic use and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.
