搜剔厥阴活血导浊法治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎临床疗效观察【摘 要】 目的:以搜剔厥阴活血导浊原则组方，以蜈蚣、赤芍、萆?、王不留行、全蝎、地龙、僵蚕、皂角刺等组自拟方八宝金丹，治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎，并观察其疗效。方法：100例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者给予八宝金丹，每日3次，每次0.9g，口服，疗程30d。结果：94例患者完成了一个疗程的治疗。至2个月时，显效32例，有效54例，无效8例，总有效率91.48%。2例患者因药物所致胃肠不适而放弃治疗，4例失访。结论：搜剔厥阴活血导浊法是治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎（以疼痛为主要症状）的有效治疗方法。 【关键词】 ⅢA型前列腺炎； 搜剔厥阴； 活血导浊 Treatment on type IIIA prostatitis with blood circulation activation and turbid fluid purification ZHENG Lihong, LIN Feng, HE Benyong, LONG Zhenrong 1. Type IIIA prostatitis was treated with self-prescribed recipe, Babao Jindan, and its therapeutic effects were observed. Methods: One hundred cases of type IIIA prostatitis patients were orally administered with Babao Jindan, three times daily, 0.9g each time for 30 days. Results: Ninety-four patients completed one course of treatment, with 32 cases showing signs of improvement, 54 cases showing obvious improvement, and 9 cases showing no improvement after two months. The overall efficiency rate is 91.48%. Two patients gave up their treatment due to gastrointestinal discomfort caused by medication, and four cases missed our follow-ups.
