NPA 2012-03 12 Apr 2012 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This NPA is aimed at providing clear requirements and detailed guidance material in order to ensure that the risks associated to the acceptance of components from external suppliers are mitigated. To that end, this NPA proposes: A new requirement 145.A.42(a), for part-145 organisations to establish procedures for the acceptance of components.
