M ethods:The polym erase chain reaction was used to test the Bcl-2/ IgH, IgH gene rearrangem ent of 4 B-NH L patientsw ho are accep ted the first therapy. Results: The ratio of the comb ined detection w as 11 8% , and there are 4 cases the IgH gene rearrangem ent darkened and 2 cases B cl-2/ IgH rearrangem ent darkened in the 21 ca- ses undergoing the therapy w ho get to comp lete relieve. Conclusion:The comb ined detection is m ore sensitive than the s inglem arker.
