现代医药物流配送中心系统的规划与设计方案 摘 要 随着中国经济的发展，医药经济加快了发展的步伐，将进入一个“黄金十年”。受国家医疗政策改革、医药供应链中上下游客户需求变化等因素的影响，医药分销行业的竞争愈加剧烈。在这种竞争激烈的环境下，各相关企业积极采取措施，通过兼并、合作等方式来扩大自己的市场规模和经营能力。在这种需求情况下，建立一座物流配送中心变成为大势所趋，因为现代化的配送中心，不仅能够提高配送效率、降低运营成本，还能极大的提高客户满意度。 我国医药物流还处于起步阶段，自动化程度相对较低，但是发展较快，近几年新建的大型医药物流配送中心基本达到半自动化程度。A公司是一家批发兼零售的大型民营医药企业集团，现已逐步成为国内领先的医药健康产品服务提供商，定位区域内医药流通领域的医药纯销、零售、调拨龙头企业。面对经济全球化和竞争国际化的新格局，A公司决定运用国外先进的物流配送技术参与国内、国际两个市场竞争，建设一座现代化的医药物流配送中心，努力实现成为全国一流的医药分销商。 本文针对A医药公司的现状及发展战略，为其规划设计一座现代化的配送中心，主要对存储区的库位、设备及信息系统进行研究。首先，收集相关资料和历史销售数据，利用EIQ和ABC方法分析订单中的药品数量和出入库的次数；其次根据分析的数据结合公司发展战略分配库位并确定库容量，选择适合A公司发展的物流技术和设备；一座现代化的医药物流配送中心要配有先进的信息系统来进行管理和控制，并为管理者提供决策和支持，通过分析现有信息系统的状况，提出一个先进的信息系统规划方案。 关键词：医药物流， 配送中心，EIQ分析，物流设备， 信息系统ABSTRACT With the development of Chinas economic, medical economy has accelerated the pace of development, will enter a golden years.
