Methods: 52 cases of cervical vertigo caused by myofascial strai of occipital a d posterior eck regio were a alyzed both i cli ical a d X- ray ma ifesat io s, a d t he t reated w ith mi ima-l ly i vasive lysis. A d its thereapeutic effects were evaluated.
