To improve the way we manage your requests, we will implement a change to our Invoice Dispute email address. This change will allow MCC Transport Invoice Dispute Representatives to capture, access and manage your query more effectively and consistently than ever before. This translates to faster turnaround time in response to your query while bringing you an improved customer experience. The new email address is as follows: disputes@.sg Starting 13th March 2017 please send all MCC Transport Invoice Disputes emails to the address mentioned above.
