上消化道癌症患者术后早期应用肠内营养疗效观察摘 要 目的：探讨食道癌、贲门癌、胃癌、胰腺癌术后患者早期应用肠内营养的效果。方法：对我院2001-2006年153例食道癌、贲门癌、胃癌、胰腺癌术后患者分为2组，进行早期应用肠内营养与完全静脉营养疗效观察比较。结果：早期肠内营养组123例患者耐受早期肠内营养，提早恢复肠道功能。结论：食道癌、贲门癌、胃癌、胰腺癌术后早期肠内营养支持符合生理状态，有利于胃肠道功能和结构的恢复，促进伤口愈合，减轻患者呼吸和循环功能负担，减少血液感染的机会，并符合药物经济学原则。? 关键词 上消化道 癌症 术后早期 肠内营养? 中图分类号：R6文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533(2008)07-0331-02? ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To research the effect of early enteral nutrition on postoperative patients of cancers of upper digestive tract. METHODS: One hundred and fifty-three patients of cancers of upper digestive tract were selected in the period of 2001 to 2006 and divided into two groups, and the effect of early enteral nutrition with that of full enteral nutrition was compared. RESULTS: One hundred and twenty-three patients of the early enteral nutrition group could resiste early enteral nutrition, the function of their intestinal tract was restored earlier. CONCLUTION: The early enteral nutrition is suitable for the postoperative patients of cancers of upper digestive tract such as esophagus cancer, achalasia cancer, carcinoma of stomach and adenocarcinoma of pancreas. It may benefit the restoration of the function of digestive tract, promote the healing of wounds, reduce the patients? burden of their respiratory system and circulatory system, decrease the infection of blood. In a word, it may show the principles of pharmaceutical economy.?
