乳腺癌患者生活质量及其影响因素调查[摘要] 目的 调查乳腺癌患者的生活质量，观察影响其生活质量的因素。方法 对290例在我院治疗的乳腺癌患者进行调查，患者的一般资料的调查采用自行设计的问卷进行，生活质量调查采用生活质量核心问卷和乳腺癌的特异性量表。结果 调查对象的整体生活质量评分与乳腺癌参考值差异无显著性；应用不同的生活质量子量表调查发现，本次调查乳腺癌患者与参考值比较差异较大。乳腺癌患者的生活质量评分在不同的收入组间及不同年龄组间、采用不同的方案进行治疗的患者在生活质量各维度方面、采用不同的手术方式的患者在体形得分方面比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 乳腺癌患者处于中等水平的生活质量，其中患者的经济收入、年龄及不同的治疗方案及不同的手术方式均会对乳腺癌患者生活质量造成影响。 [关键词] 生活质量；影响因素；乳腺癌 [中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）31-07-03 Survey on Quality of Life in Breast Cancer Patients and Its Influencing Factors FANG Qunying Breast Surgery of Zhejiang Province Cancer Hospital，Hangzhou 310022，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the quality of life of breast cancer patients and to observe factors that affect their quality of life. Methods To investigate 290 breast cancer patients in our hospital，the general information survey was used self-designed questionnaire，the quality of life survey was used the quality of life core questionnaire and breast cancer-specific scale. Results There were no significant differences between the overall quality of life and the reference breast cancer value of breast cancer. Used different quality of life sub-scale survey，this survey of breast cancer patients had a larger difference between the reference value；Breast cancer patients quality of life scores between the different income groups and between different age groups，using different options for treatment of patients in each dimension of quality of life，different surgical approach in patients with differences in body shape score were statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Breast cancer patients are at a medium level of quality of life，and the impact for life quality of the s breast cancer patient including the patient’s income，age and different treatment and different surgical methods in both the quality of life impact of breast cancer patients.
