周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌疗效观察[摘要] 目的 探讨周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。 方法 将本院收治的98例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各49例，观察组给予周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶方案进行治疗，对照组给予奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及替加氟方案进行治疗，比较两组患者的疗效及副作用等。结果 观察组的有效率为63.3%，与对照组的42.9%比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2 = 4.097，P ＜ 0.05）。两组患者的主要副作用经统计学比较，差异无统计学意义（均P ＞ 0.05）。与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均有所提高，但是两组间生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论 周剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌疗效显著，值得临床进一步证实推广。 [关键词] 多西紫杉醇；顺铂；氟尿嘧啶；晚期胃癌 [中图分类号] R573.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）01（b）-089-02 Clinical observation of Docetaxel of weekly doses combined with Cisplatin and Fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer ZENG Hu CAI Maode ZHONG Liang The First Department of Cancer Chemotherapy, the People′s Hospital of Gaozhou City, Guangdong Province, Gaozhou 525200, China [Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of Docetaxel of weekly doses combined with Cisplatin and Fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
