电力市场容量投资机制评价与选择

摘要： 从电力市场条件下的容量投资机制问题入手，分析了目前国内外电力市场中已经应用的或者已经提出来但还未
被应用的保证容量投资的市场机制的基本特征，通过一套指标体系，建立了选择容量投资市场机制的评价和选择程序。
研究结果显示容量预定机制无论在效率方面还是容量投资方面，都有最好的表现，而单一电量机制效果最差。
