广州市金花街居民艾滋病相关知识调查研究[摘要] 目的：了解金花街居民对艾滋病相关知识知晓情况，为进一步开展健康教育提供依据。方法：根据国家课题广东省艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治重大专项设计的调查问卷，抽取金花街1 210名居民进行调查。结果：1 210名金花街居民对传播艾滋病的主要途径即不戴安全套性交、输血、共用注射器吸毒回答正确的人数分别是1 043、1 095、1 074，正确率是86.25%、90.5%、88.76%；而对共用牙刷、剃刀，感染的母亲生育小孩这两项回答正确人数是927，926，正确率是76.61%，76.36%；对共用座厕、一起吃饭、蚊虫叮咬这三项回答正确人数是531、647、286，正确率是43.88%、53.47%、23.64%。结论：本社区居民对常见艾滋病传播途径相关知识知晓情况较好，但还存在传播途径的误区，所以还需继续采取多种方式加强健康教育。 [关键词] 居民；艾滋病；知识；调查分析 [中图分类号] R759 [文献标识码] C[文章编号] 1674-4721（2011）07（b）-133-02 Research analysis of AIDS related knowledge of residents of jinhua street in guangzhou city HE Meinan, XU Min, LIU Guanfeng, QIU Bixia Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Liwan District of Guangzhou City, Guangzhou 510170, China [Abstract] Objective: To provide the basis for further health education by understanding the current situation of AIDS related knowledge of residents of Jinhua Street. Methods: Based on research questionnaires of the major projects of major communicable diseases control such as the national project of AIDS and viral hepatitis in guangdong province, 1 210 residents of jinhua street were sampled for research. Results: Of the 1 210 residents of Jinhua Street, 1 043, 1 095 and 1 074 residents provided correct answers to the main routes of AIDS transmission, namely sexual intercourse without wearing condoms, blood transfusion and use of drugs through shared needles, with the correct rate of 86.25%, 90.5% and 88.76%. 927 and 926 residents provided correct answers to shared toothbrushes and razors and infected mothers giving birth, with the correct rate of 76.61% and 76.36%. 531, 647 and 286 residents provided correct answers to shared toilets, meals together and mosquito bites, with the correct rate of 43.88%, 53.47% and 23.64%. Conclusion: The current situation of AIDS transmission routes related knowledge is good, but there still exists misunderstanding of the AIDS transmission routes, so it is necessary to continue to take various measures to strengthen heal
