电力系统稳定器研究综述

摘要：随着电网规模的不断扩大，电力系统低频振荡问题日益突出。电力系统稳定器(PSS)是抑制振荡，增强电
力系统稳定性的重要措施。它通过把相关信号传递到电压调节器来抑制机组之间的低频振荡。PSS的设计方法、
参数调整的优劣直接影响到其功能有效性。分别从研究和工程的角度进行了介绍，研究角度从参数选择、选址问
题和鲁棒性方面介绍了PSs的基本问题，而后交代了工程中参数整定的基本方法。最后对Pss的未来发展进行了
展望。认为系统运行工况、多频段PSS设计和广域测量方法等方面还需更进一步研究。
