Vol.48 第48卷 No.02, Feb. 2011 2011年02月 第02期 研究与技术 硫酸酯化丝素的最佳反应条件研究 张世才，欧 洪，蓝广芊 (西南大学 纺织服装学院，重庆 400716) 摘要：采用浓硫酸-正丁醇法对丝素进行硫酸酯化，将硫酸基团接枝到丝素蛋白上。以硫酸酯化丝素质量和酯化丝素中硫酸基质量 L 3 分数作为考察指标，采用 (4)正交试验，探讨反应温度、反应时间、硫酸质量分数对硫酸酯化丝素产量和产物中硫酸基质量分 16 数的影响。结果表明，各因素对硫酸酯化丝素的产量影响大小顺序是：温度＞时间＞硫酸质量分数，各因素对硫酸酯化丝素的硫酸 基质量分数影响大小顺序是：硫酸质量分数＞时间＞温度；经进一步单因素实验，结果表明硫酸酯化丝素的反应最优化条件是硫酸 质量分数为95 %，反应温度为0 ℃，反应时间为4 h。 关键词：丝素；硫酸酯化；正交实验 中图分类号：TS149      文献标志码：A      文章编号：1001-7003(2011)02-0009-04 Exploring of the most optimum condition creating the sulfated fibroin ZHANG Shi-cai, OU Hong, LAN Guang-qian (College of Textile and Garment, Southwest University, Chongqing 400715, China) Abstract: This article uses Sulfuric acid-n-Butanol method for esterification of sulfuric acid etc, grafting the sulfuric acid groups to the silk fibroin. Using the quality of sulfuric acid esterification silk fibroin and the content of sulfate radical in esterification silk fibroin as indexes, the orthogonal experiments are adopted. Reaction temperature, reaction time and the concentration of sulfuric acid are taken to be the three factors. The experiments results find the sequence affecting the output of esterification silk sulfuric acid is that: reaction temperature time concentration of sulfuric acid, and the sequence affecting the content of sulfate radical in esterification silk fibroin is: the concentration of sulphuric acid reaction time reaction temperature.
