温州发展现代物流的优势与劣势分析 摘要： 现代物流业是新兴的生产性服务业，是现代服务业的重要组成部分，是经济发展的“加速器”。近年来，温州的现代物流业取得了长足的发展，已跨越“起步期”，逐步进入理性、务实、快速发展的新阶段。 本文首先对我国整体的物流发展现状进行分析，进而引出温州物流业的发展状况，主要从经济现状和物流供需现状进行解读。然后就本文主题——温州发展现代物流的优势与劣势进行分析，优势主要从地理，经济，设施这三个方面来阐述，劣势包括物流的主要组成部门运输方面的不足，以及温州理论与意识上的问题。最后对本文总结，提出温州发展现代物流的基础条件都已具备，并且具有一定的优势，政府应以高度重视，积极推进现代物流业发展，带动温州经济再一次腾飞。 关键字： 温州 物流 优势 劣势 Abstract: Modern logistics industry is an emerging producer services is an important part of modern service industry, economic development, accelerator.
