The main function of high modulus asphalt mod- ifier is to improve the performance of asphalt concrete by improving the properties of asphalt binder. There was a little research about the High Modulus Asphalt Modifier effect on the proper- ties of asphalt binder; more research is about the performance of asphalt concrete. It is necessary to predict the effect of high modulus asphalt modifier on the properties of asphalt binder. The ef- fect of high modulus asphalt modifier on the properties of asphalt binder was studied in the paper.
