NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Himax Technologies, Inc., a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”), will be held at 09:30 a.m., local time, on September 6th, 2017, at Himax Tainan Headquarters (No.26, Zilian Rd., Xinshi Dist., Tainan City, Taiwan) for the following purposes: 爰奇景光電股份有限公司(下稱“本公司”)將於台灣時間西元 2017 年 9 月 6 日上午9 時 30 分整，假於台灣台南市新市區紫楝路 26 號召開年度股東會 ，茲以決議以下事項，特此通 知： 1. To adopt audited accounts and financial reports of the Company for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016; and 承認 2016 年經會計師查核之帳目及財務報表 2. To re-elect Mr. Yan-Kuin Su as an Independent Director of the Company; and 重新選任蘇炎坤先生為本公司獨立董事 3. To transact any other business properly brought before 2017 AGM. 討論其他應經股東會決議之事項 Members whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on July 31st, 2017 are entitled to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
