国内外输电网利用率比较分析

摘要：电网利用率是评价电网公司运营效率的重要指标。选取我国西北电网、华东电网，美国PJM、纽约电
网和澳大利亚电网，以相关电力市场或电网公司公开的数据为基础，计算其电网利用率指标，并将其对应电压
等级的相关指标进行比较分析。在此基础上对影响国内电网利用率的相关因素进行了详细分析，提出了考虑
全寿命周期的单位电量输电成本指标。算例分析表明，单纯以设备利用率指标对比国内外电网运营效率具有
明显的不合理性，必须通过全寿命周期视角对电网运营效率进行综合评价。
关键词：运营效率；评价指标；电网利用率；影响因素
