火电厂大型施工机械动态调度管理探索

[摘要]当前我国电力建设正处在高峰期，各施工企业纷纷购置大型机具。如何能充分利用机具的最大功
效是各施工单位需研究的课题。结合贵州电建二公司在盘南电厂施工中的机具调度管理情况，探索合理配置
机具资源和动态调度大型机具对工程的作用，并分析了当前管理中存在的问题。
