基于风险评估的电力系统预防控制

摘 要：电力系统静态安全是系统运行的一个重要问题。提出了一种基于线路过载与电压越限的电力系统风
险评估与预防控制方法。该方法应用随机潮流和半不变量法分析系统运行的不确定性以及造成的线路潮流
和节点电压的不确定性，采用严重度函数描述线路过载与电压越限的影响与后果，以线路潮流与节点电压越
限的可能性与严重性的乘积作为系统的风险指标。基于优化潮流和粒子群优算法建立了系统静态安全的风
