基于热积累的过载保护算法

摘要：电动机的热保护是预防电机烧毁的重要措施，找出现有热保护存在的问题，提出新的保护方案具有重
要的理论意义和实用价值。以热保护为研究对象，充分考虑了电机的热积累现象，通过求解热平衡微分方程
的方法，给出了新的电动机过载保护判据。由于该判据以温升达到预定值切机为目标，实现了对电动机的各
种故障进行完善保护，解决目前电子式过载保护继电器中保护特性不精确、在负载变化复杂的情况下可能发
生保护不动作等问题。此外，还对测量误差关系进行了分析。
