美国与北欧电力双边交易市场模式的经验借鉴

摘要：以美国PJM、德克萨斯州及北欧电力市场为例，从市场主体、交易类型、交易信息披露和市场机制等方
面分析美国与北欧电力双边交易市场模式的建设经验，重点分析美国PJM与德克萨斯州电力双边交易的市
场机制。由此提炼出国外电力双边交易市场的建设经验，为我国电力双边市场的建设奠定实践基础。
