摘要：结合变电站自动化通信系统的特点，文章提出了一种面向功能的信息资产识别方法。通过构造功能树
建立资产识别的树状模型，并定义关键度作为衡量资产重要程度的参数：利用关联因子衡量资产之间的关联，
通过构造关联矩阵，定量的分析不同资产对系统的关键度；进一步根据不同功能对电力一次系统的影响程度，
提出了系统级的资产量化方法。最后结合IEC61850标准构建了评估实例，验证了资产识别方法的有效性。
