面向智能电网的清洁能源电能质量定价机制研究

摘要：清洁能源并网带来的电能质量问题越来越受重视，因此对治理清洁能源电能质量的投入和补偿机制
的研究势在必行。提出了面向智能电网的清洁能源差别化的质量保险定价机制，根据用户对电能质量水平的
要求分等级，同时考虑清洁能源的电能质量可以治理和间歇性的特点，采取质量治理和质量保险相接合的定
价方法。
关键词：电能质量；按质定价；风险管理；质量成本
