配电网过电压在线监测系统的研究

摘要：针对市场上的过电压在线监测装置采样速率低、只能监测内部过电压，无法监测雷电过电压的缺点，本文
采用基于Pcl接El的高速数据采集系统并使用低阻尼阻容串联分乐器作为高压传感器，实现了两段分裂母线六
路过电压信号同时采集，达到_r同时监测配电网内部过电压和大气过电压的效果。
