摘要：阐述了配电自动化在电力系统中的作用，对配电柱上开关自动化运行模式进行了分析。建泌柱上开关
配电自动化运行模式应采用远方集中控制模式。

1 配电自动化在电力系统中的作用 包括SCADA、负荷管理LM、负荷控制、故障管理、
自动绘图AM、设备管理FM、地理信息系统GIs
电力系统由发电、输电、变电及配电等环节组
及配电网高级应用软件等功能。EMS和DMS两
