浅析电力企业法律风险管理

摘要：市场经济就是法治经济，企业的任何行为都需要经受法律的评判，法律不仅是企业经营活动的行
为准则。同时对企业的发展壮大具有举足轻重的意义。只要企业还在经营运作，企业将不断从事着各种
各样的法律行为，其所带来的各种法律风险必然伴随。本文旨在通过揭示电力企业在运营中存在的法律
风险、如何选择电力企业法律风险管理模式以及采取何种管理对策，让电力企业重视对法律风险的管理，
完善企业法律风险防控机制，更好地化解法律风险。
