数字光电耦合器隔离性能及动态特性测试仪

摘 要： 针对光电耦合器应用过程中对其隔离性能及动态特性的测试需求，使用ADuc841
微控制器设计了一种数字光电耦合器快速测试仪。介绍了基于DC—DC变换器输出高电压测试光
电耦合器的隔离性能扣使用变频、变宽的脉冲串测试其动态特性的基本原理，给出了测试仪的硬件
组成和软件实现方法。该测试仪已用于I／0卡的生产过程，表明该测试仪能够快速测试光耦的隔
离电压及其动态特性。
