数字式微量溶解氧分析仪的研究

摘要：介绍了研究微量溶解氧检测仪及工作原理，工作系统的硬件电路设计，极化电压产生电路、信号采集电路、温
度补偿电路、串行通信电路的设计，溶解氧传感器的工作原理和内部结构设计。该系统以ATmegal28单片机为核心
进行电路控制和信号处理。抗干扰能力强。对仪器进行零氧值测量，并与瑞士orbisphere仪表进行对比试验，证明自
制仪器的性能可靠稳定，测量精度高，达到了弘g／L级溶解氧测量的要求，适于火力发电厂的锅炉用水氧含量的检测。
