摘要论述发展风力发电的重要性，分析了变速恒频风力发电技术发展的必然性。根据变
速恒频发电技术的实现方法，选择了双馈风力发电机，详细介绍了双馈风力发电机运行方式，并对
风力发电技术做了前景展望。
