From the angle of w iring, the measures to restrain the electromagnetic interference in integrated circuits, including the layout of the ground w ire, pow er w ire, signal cable and clock circuit ry, are discussed, w hich provides the theoretic basis for the electromagnet ic com pati- bility of integrated circuits.
