第 24 卷第 6期 结 　构 　工 　程 　师 Vo l. 24 , No. 6 2008年 12 月 Structu ral Engineers D ec. 2008 中震弹性设计与中震不屈服设计的理解及实施 周 　颖 　吕西林 (同济大学土木工程防灾国家重点实验室 ,上海 200092) 摘 　要 　我国目前的抗震规范规定结构抗震设计时 ,进行小震作用下的承载力验算 、弹性变形验算和大 震作用下的弹塑性变形验算 ,对中震设计的具体内容涉及很少 。近年来随着我国复杂和超限结构的不 断出现 , 国内一些专家提出对此类重要结构实施中震作用下的抗震设计 ,具体包含 “中震弹性 ”和 “中震 不屈服 ”两种方法 。文中首先就这两种设计方法的概念 、具体设计参数进行了对比分析 ;然后以某一高 层混合结构为例 ,对比了按 7度丙类建筑小震 、乙类建筑小震 、丙类建筑中震不屈服 、丙类建筑中震弹性 下的设计结果 ,得到的一系列结论可供设计人员和规范修编参考 。 关键词 　中震弹性设计 , 中震不屈服设计 , 设计参数 , 混合结构 In terpreta tion and Implem en ta tion of Ela stic and NonY ield ing D esign under M odera te Earthquake ZHOU Ying　LU X ilin ( State Key L aboratory for D isa ster R eduction in Civil Engineering, Tongj i U n iversity, Shanghai 200092 , Ch ina) A b stract　In Ch ine se code for seism ic de sign , the structu ral exam ination w ill include force carrying cap acity and ela stic deform ation check under m inor earthquake, and ela stop la stic deform ation check under m ajor earthquake. There is no p roh ib ited structu ral calcu lation for moderate earthquake s. W ith the rap id ru sh of the comp lex structu re s in recen t years, however, Ch ine se structu ral exp erts p ropo se to p erform structu ral de sign of tho se bu ildings under moderate earthquake. Tho se m ethod s are term ed a s “ela stic de sign ”and “nonyielding de sign ”under moderate earthquake, re sp ectively. F irst the concep t and de sign p aram eter of the se two m ethod s were comp ared in th is p ap er. Then the analytical re su lts of a tall hyb rid structu re were analyzed under structu re cla ss B and C of m inor earthquake, and under ela stic and nonyield ing de sign of moderate earth
