Availability Rate = how much time per shift the line is
actually running (DOWNTIME)
Performance Rate = how well the line did when it was
running (SPEED)
Quality Rate = how many quality products were
produced at the first time (QUALITY)

Σ (total unit produced x std man hour per unit)
(Total # of DL used x total paid hours)
