The car carrying the N73 engine, this engine is a high technical content, 12 cylinder are arranged a v-shaped structure, 4 valves per cylinder, the electronic control valve fully variable valve technology (Valvetronic) and fuel direct injection technology. The fuel direct injection system of the N73 engine, the nozzle of the injector is located in the combustion chamber, close to the intake valve, and the fuel injector of each cylinder is installed on the same oil rail. The oil rail of each cylinder is provided with high pressure fuel from one high pressure pump and the high-pressure pump is driven by the exhaust CAM shaft. High-pressure pump will come from the electronic fuel pump fuel pressure, fuel pressure up to 5 ~ 12 mpa, compressed fuel oil rail are reached by high-pressure tubing, and then to the injectors, injector by DME engine control unit according to the related sensor signals to control. The conventional fuel pressure gauges cannot be used to measure fuel pressure in high pressure pipes because of the high pressure fuel pressure. And from the maintenance manuals, injector control voltage between 85 ~ 100 v, so its difficult to general automobile oscilloscope use
