The huge difference of economic system, geographic environment, tradition and culture could not change the development rules and trends of economic spatial phenomena, which are from discrete economic space to spot-axis economic space to network economic space. The economic spatial phenomena which is developed step by step are actually the complicated economic systems, they consequentially have economic spatial structure, because the mutual effect of the centralized and diffused power of the complicated economic system are going to form all kinds of mutual effect, mutual contact functional module, the mutual effect of the different functional modules consequentially produces economic spatial structure. Why is this type of economic spatial structure formed in stead of other type of centralized configuration? The reason is that form and evolvement of economic spatial structure have historical successive and uncertain character, is affected by lots of factor together.
