Teaching Plan The subject aims at arousing your interest in English news. getting you familiar with some concepts and features of English News. helping you grasp some frequently used words and expressions in news. ; in each class, you will be given 2-3 pieces of current news to read. In every two weeks, you are supposed to finish learning one unit by yourselves, including its introduction, warm-up exercises, reading power, notes and final check. And this part will be checked by means of questions or quizzes. Units to learn are 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 12, 17,19 100% (final score) = 15%( attendance)+15%(regular performance) + 70% ( final exam) ;You are required not to be late for class. If you are late twice , I will be glad to invite you to sing a song to us. You are required to attend each class. If you have to be absent, please ask for leave.
