By u sing m eteorological data in recent 30 years, th is paper ana ly zes the character of precipitation in H eilongjiang P rovince, and based on the precipitation and w et coeffic ient in spring, the character of spring drought is ana lyzed. T his paper summ arizes the character and d istribution of drought, and its in- f luences on agricu lture, therefo re prov ides a sc ientif ic basis for drought disaster preven tion and reduction.
